Art City Wraps is an Oshkosh, Wisconsin-based large-format graphics company founded in 2003 by Joshua Marquardt following his studies in printmaking at the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
Today, Joshua and Carla Marquardt lead Art City together, combining fine-art thinking, commercial design, large-format printing and technically demanding installation.
Our work has taken us far beyond ordinary vehicle wraps.
Art City installations include multiple Super Bowls, the NFL Draft at Lambeau Field, major sports venues, award-winning fleet graphics, public art, murals and large-scale branded environments.
Artist-Led. Technically Driven. Nationally Experienced.
Joshua Marquardt — Art, Production & Installation
Joshua's background bridges fine art and large-format commercial graphics.
UW–Oshkosh has documented his career spanning Lambeau Field, Fiserv Forum, multiple Super Bowls and international wrap competitions. GRAPHICS PRO has published Joshua's technical instruction for professional wrap designers and installers, and Avery Dennison has featured his installation experience in manufacturer case studies and product materials.
His work combines artistic problem-solving with printing, materials knowledge, color management and installation techniques developed through decades of hands-on experience.
Carla Marquardt — Design & Visual Storytelling
Carla leads much of the design and visual development behind Art City's large-scale projects.
Industry publications have documented her role as owner and designer on projects ranging from nationally recognized fleet graphics to major architectural installations.
For the 6,400-square-foot Kolf Sports Center project at UW–Oshkosh, Carla spent hundreds of hours working through university archives and developing the enormous visual composition. Her design work has also been independently documented on Art City's award-winning “Trucking for a Cure” semi-trailer project.
Together, Carla and Joshua bring design and execution under one roof—from the first idea through printing, finishing and installation.

Art City remains intentionally based in Oshkosh.
Our national experience comes back home with us—to the fleets, businesses, schools, universities, municipalities, artists and organizations we work with throughout Wisconsin.
We believe the best large-format graphics should do more than cover a surface. They should make people notice the business, remember the place, understand the story or experience something they did not expect.
